Signature of Thomas Davis (as MINISTER OF FINANCE). No watermark. No security thread. Triangle with dot as registration device. Two blue horizontal 6-digit serial numbers on the back side. Both have a triple letter prefix and digits of the same size. Printed by Note Printing Australia.

Remarks

The note introduced on 16. October 1992 commemorates the 6th Festival of Pacific Arts, which was held in Rarotonga. It's actually B103a overprinted in black with a logo and with the text 6th FESTIVAL of PACIFIC ARTS / RAROTONGA COOK ISLANDS / OCTOBER 16-27, 1992 on the back side. Please refer to B103a for the regular note without the black overprint on the back side.
